In 2003, Nick Papa and Jim Arnoux founded East Beach Blondes out of a quest to deliver the most unforgettable sensory experience directly from pond to palate. Since then, our mission has remained the same: we deliver a quality oyster twelve months out of the year. 

East Beach Blondes are cultivated in Ninigret Pond (Charlestown, RI) on over 30 acres of pristine estuarine habitat. We are one of the larger farms on the coastal salt ponds which allows us to deliver value to our fan clients year round.

Whether it is the perfect dozen on your plate or the highest quality oyster seed, our driving force is always to go above and beyond your expectations. Blondes really are more fun.
